The back half of this facility has a multi-station functional training rig with a variety of strength training equipment along with several specialty barbells. This facility honors Healthways and Renew Active offering Silver Sneakers Classes, a group exercise room and a spin room. The kids room is available to all members with children. Our kids room offers a TV and toys for the children as well as a camera system for parental observation.
