Forrest Fitness Angier is our newest location and is located in the heart of downtown Angier. There is a full line of cardio, circuit and strength training equipment, and a multi-station functional training rig. Our group exercise room is utilized for group exercise classes but can also be utilized by members outside of group exercise class hours. The functional training room has a large multi-station functional training rig with bumper plates and two full sets of dumbbells accompanied by a variety of strength training equipment. The kids' room is available to all members with children which offers a TV, reading books and toys. Forrest Fitness merchandise is offered as well as a variety of supplements.
